John G. Booth
John is a lawyer admitted to practice in Ontario, New York and DC. He has experience as a commercial litigator, investment banker, IP strategist and fund manager. Most recently he co-founded, grew and listed a fintech business and in addition to his role with Woodsford, serves as chairman and director of several Canadian public and private companies in the natural resource, energy, technology and financial services areas and understands well how litigation funding can improve both access to justice and balance sheet management.
John splits his time between Canada and the UK.
